I loved this house and Twenty Fourth street at first sight.

The house has a wonderful mixture of original charm and new features. I noticed the built-ins right away. I knew immediately that I could make it a home.

I will miss sitting on the side patio on crisp summer mornings with a cup of coffee. I loved how close I was to downtown Troy with all its unique restaurants and places to grab a drink.

I hate to leave this house, but I know that someone will appreciate the love I’ve put into it and make it their own.
